سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

We currently offer delivery within Oman. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location.

نوفر حاليًا خدمة التوصيل داخل سلطنة عمان. قد تختلف إمكانية التوصيل حسب موقع العميل.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on the location and courier service.

تتم معالجة الطلبات عادة خلال 1 إلى 2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب. مدة التوصيل عادة من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب الموقع وشركة التوصيل.

Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before completing the order. In some cases, free delivery may be offered as part of a promotion.

سيتم عرض رسوم التوصيل عند الدفع قبل إكمال الطلب. في بعض الحالات، قد يتم توفير توصيل مجاني ضمن عروض ترويجية.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including full name, phone number, address, and location details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Once the order is shipped, the delivery company may contact the customer to arrange delivery. If the customer cannot be reached, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.

بعد شحن الطلب، قد تتواصل شركة التوصيل مع العميل لترتيب التسليم. إذا تعذر التواصل مع العميل، فقد يتأخر التوصيل أو يتم إلغاء الطلب.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made upon receiving the order. The customer should check the package condition before accepting delivery.

بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، يجب دفع المبلغ عند استلام الطلب. يُنصح العميل بالتأكد من حالة الطرد قبل قبول التسليم.

Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

قد تحدث تأخيرات في التوصيل بسبب العطلات الرسمية، الأحوال الجوية، تأخير شركة التوصيل، الإجراءات الجمركية، أو ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
