Return and Refund Policy

سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
نقبل طلبات الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase or order number is required.
ليكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن يكون غير مستخدم، وفي عبوته الأصلية، وبنفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها. يجب تقديم رقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء.

Returns are not accepted for used items, items damaged due to misuse, opened hygiene or personal care products, clearance items, or final sale items.
لا يتم قبول الإرجاع للمنتجات المستخدمة، أو المنتجات المتضررة بسبب سوء الاستخدام، أو منتجات النظافة والعناية الشخصية بعد فتحها، أو منتجات التخفيضات، أو المنتجات المباعة كبيع نهائي.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا أو غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام مع رقم الطلب وصور أو فيديوهات واضحة. بعد المراجعة، قد نوفر لك استبدالًا، أو رصيدًا في المتجر، أو استردادًا للمبلغ.

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued by bank transfer, store credit, or another agreed method.
تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه والموافقة عليه. سيتم الاسترداد عبر طريقة الدفع الأصلية متى أمكن. بالنسبة لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام، قد يتم الاسترداد عن طريق التحويل البنكي، أو رصيد في المتجر، أو أي طريقة أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as sending a wrong, damaged, or defective item. For normal returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان سبب الإرجاع خطأ من طرفنا، مثل إرسال منتج خاطئ أو تالف أو معيب. في حالات الإرجاع العادية، يتحمل العميل تكلفة شحن الإرجاع.

Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.
يمكن إلغاء الطلب قبل الشحن. بعد شحن الطلب، يجب اتباع إجراءات الإرجاع.
